Cancellations received less than 6 days before arrival will be
charged the first Night Fee per room. + 4% of booking amount value for Credit card
fees with minimum of 15 USD.
Cancellations received prior to 6 days before arrival will incur a processing fee
of 25 USD + 4% of booking amount value for Credit card fees. |

Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those
stated here. |

During peak season/ convention/ festival whole period may be charged
and you will be advised upon confirmation. |

|
AMENDMENT |
|
|
Amendment will be charged for 10 % of the difference, in case
the new amount is lower (Credit card processing fees) |
|
|
CREDIT CARD REFUND |
|
|
All credit cards refunds required in the event of cancellations
or amendments will be credited to your card within 15 business days. Once the refund
instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10-20 working days for the
proceeds to arrive in your account. |
